@Michael Skorulski: You bet! No snow here, almost no sun, just wind and rain and too much darkness here. This is definitely not my favourite season!

@juant3: We could extend summer a little bit by harvesting the withered blooms and putting them in small bags of linen. They are still fragrant!

@Illuci: Many thanks! I remember a bumblebee that one day crawled very slowly in our lavender. We considered it almost dead and thought that it at least had some sort of charity if it was going to die inmidst all the flowers. Several days after, it was still crawling there, moving from one flower to another! A week later it finally flew away, so we came to the conclusion that this bumblebee had been sort of dizzy! A bumblebee's dream!
