@Zing: Thanks, Zing! The somewhat denser forests (like this one) are a rarity in my region, so I'm happy that there is this beautiful park nearby my city. @sangram: Thanks, sangram! Glad that you like it! Keny from Hong Kong, Hong KongFeel deep and impressive,~love the natural feeling~ 4 Mar 2008 10:36am @Keny: Thank you, Keny! There are not many forests like this in my region, I'm very glad it's there! HorseRotorVator from Newton, United StatesI want to stroll through the forest!!! Super shot! I can smell the freshness of nature in this shot! :) 4 Mar 2008 11:46am @HorseRotorVator: Give them some more weeks and the trees will be green again! Thanks for your kind comment! Craiger from Vacaville, California, United StatesWith your attitude you will definitely stroll through the forest again! Usually it's raining at that time :-) the lightwriter from oosterwolde, Netherlandsmmmmmmmmmm. how a common place can be so peaceful and inviting. 4 Mar 2008 8:06pm @the lightwriter: You wouldn't think that this park is just between the cities of Düsseldorf and Duisburg, not far from Düsseldorf airport. A real oasis! MaryB from Staffordshire, United KingdomI'm really looking forward to spring, a beautiful image MS. 4 Mar 2008 10:49pm @MaryB: Yes, it's about time! I'm still recycling photos from last year and can't wait for fresh green! :-) Steven from Chicagoland, United StatesA fairly simple composition that provides a lot of intruigue with its colors, light and shadows. Thanks for sharing! And I am so looking forward to Spring as we are still buried in snow. 5 Mar 2008 2:02am @Steven: Still to have snow at the end of the winter must be annoying - here we almost had no snow, but dark clouds, heavy winds, unsettled weather and too little light make winter sort of an ordeal. I'm very happy when this needless time of the year is over :-/ Michael from Wuppertal, Germany...ich kanns kaum erwarten. Dafür freut sich Dein Chef wahrscheinlich morgen über die dicken Tüten mit Firmenprospekten ;-) akarui from Kagoshima, Japanbetween the 3 pictures in the wood I choose this one because there is some sun light going through and lightening the fallen leaves. 7 Mar 2008 3:05am @akarui: I have severeal shots with nice views and a completely 'white' sky because the weather here is very often hazy. Sometimes I consider faking a blue sky, but then I usually tend to show things how they really were :-) |
