Our second Pelargonium, producing one flower after another, like its sister plant. I've ordered a succulent member of the Pelargonium genus and I'm very curious about it. As soon as it's in a presentable state I'll post of picture of it.
A georgous shot MS. The petals look like sumptious velvet and the colour is simply divine.

@MaryB: This is the one we bought after our first one that I photographed some days ago. This winter I learned that they are not necessarily hardy and should be saved from temperatures below 0°C.
I love the soft velvety look. Excellent, MS.

@Michael Skorulski: Thanks, Michael! I'm always delighted that there are plants that don't even much care and nonetheless keep growing and producing flowers.
Beautiful!

@willow: Thanks, willow! :-)
What a beautiful capture and a great choice of lighting. The colors are so rich, and as the others have stated, the petals are very "velvety."

@Steven: Thanks, Steven! With a gorgeous flower like that you can't go wrong ;-)
Petals seems to be in velvet and red colors are well expressed.

Ah, yes I know these to be generously-flowering plants and nice and easy to look after. what more could one ask? I like how you have managed to capture the important texture here.

@akarui: Thanks a lot, that's one of my typical sunny sunday morning photos, when I'm too lazy to go out and do some photos on my balcony instead.

@Porcsin: A flower, good light, a steady hand - voilà! :-)
Grossartig! Darf ich fragen, wo du geordert hast?

@Michael: Die abgebildete Pflanze ist vom Blumenhändler. Bei Sukkulenten kann ich Uhlig wärmstens empfehlen! (Riesenangebot, auch seltenes und ungewöhnliches; perfekter Versand. Paar Kilo Substrat am besten gleich mitbestellen!)
Rich colors! Smooth texture!
