Another shot from Heltorf Garden. And if I wouldn't experience a quite crazy / busy week right now, I'd write more about these trees. Next time!

@dj.tigersprout: Indeed, you'll find Germany's oldest rhododendron shrubs in this park! They are at least 350 years old and got really big!

@Ronnie 2¢: This park features many really old trees - up to 350 years old - and Germany's oldest rhododendron shrubs. It's an old estate of one of the few aristocratic families from here.

You chose a beautiful angle and the result is this wonderful image that pleases the viewer! I love the trees and the way they patiently grow to the sky.....you can almost hear them whispering!

@Japanalia: There are only few trees in my region that are allowed to get this old. This park is an old property, belonging to an aristocratic family for 400 years and is very well treated. At some months it's opened to the public. I like it very much.

@Observing: I know! Tomorrow I'll finish my training (Windows 2008 Server - oh no!), after that I'm in Berlin, visiting some friends and will be back Wednesday. But I'll be on the leave soon! :-)
