Cottonwood, Meadow, Cattle, a Creek...Posted by MadScientist (Düsseldorf, Germany) on 24 September 2008 in Landscape & Rural. ... make the ideal lower Rhine landscape. Usually cottonwoods don't get very old here, their short life ends after 50 - 60 years, because they are considered useful plants. Not these specimens here: they are located at the beautiful town of Kaiserswerth, a place we were already visiting here and there. Today I'm offline. Hope I'll return with some interesting photos from Lemgo. Download my coffee-table book of selected postings here. Enjoy!
