@Japanalia: I'm not sure if this weather situation will happen again very soon. I don't remember a similar situation on the past.

@Michael Skorulski: They are located at the Rhine meadows that are used as alluvial land. Usually February and November are wet months with lots of water that floods the Rhine. It can get so high that only the treetops keep above the water.

@Jen: This is the 'darker side' of Düsseldorf, most of the city life is behind the viewer.

@PD: Not with noise, but with the slow movement of the trees. Though I didn't notice any wind, the trees were a bit moving. My 5 min and 7 min exposures thus got too blurry. This 3 min exposure was quite okay.
