Lomstraat, Venlo

Let's stay a while with old buildings under a white sky: the Lomstraat in Venlo, The Netherlands. In the background the 16th century town hall, where we already had a coffee a few weeks ago.

@dkc: Before the Maastricht treaty Venlo was an important shopping target for many Germans living near the Dutch/German border. Today things are a bit traffic, but many goods are still quite inexpensive there, and a voyage to there is always rewarding. Besides that, it's a beautiful town. :)

@Steven: April was quite hot, May was so-so, June was mixed and quite fresh. That's not too bad for a Western European summer, we had much more rain a year ago.

@dj.tigersprout: Walking through Vienna is also a beautiful experience, but sometimes feels like walking in a museum; something that I never felt in Dutch or German cities.
