Bamberg Cathedral: Looking Eastwards

This could be a shot from the "so-so" series, and you immediately can see why: getting all angles as they were meant to be, balancing the bright spots and the darker parts, and reducing the noise required a lot of processing. The price for taking a shot without a tripod. This was indeed a very difficult shot, but I didn't want to keep it back from you. This is a look into the other side towards the eastern choir of Bamberg cathedral. You might discover the famous Bamberg horseman attached to one of the pillars: we are going to have a closer look at this remarkable statue in a few days.
