Capitalism in Proper Style

When Leipzig's merchants decided to have an own location for trading, they have had this house built in 1678 (completed in 1687): the old Exchange. It's Leipzig's first true Baroque building and tells us from times when Capitalism was innovative, stylish, and not yet able to enslave whole governments.
