Vyšehrad: Cemetery (pt. 3)

It's Halloween anyway, so let's continue our visit at Vyšehrad Cemetery. Most surprising is the variety of forms. Not one tomb is looking like another (with one exception which we'll see in a future posting). But even the modest grave comes with something golden or other decors, and some graves were freshly decorated. Others had chestnuts on their frame, which reminded us of the Jewish habit of putting a stone on one's grave when visiting him.
